Content Policy and Acceptable Use

This Content Policy and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users of the token8341 platform, including our API, web interface, and any image, video, or text generation capabilities.
1. Lawful Use Only
Our platform provides access to AI models for legitimate and lawful purposes only. You agree to use our services exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. Prohibition of NSFW and Sexually Explicit Content
We strictly prohibit the use of our API and services to generate, distribute, or promote NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise harmful content. This prohibition explicitly includes, but is not limited to: - Image generation (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, and similar models) - Video generation (e.g., Sora, Kling, Runway, Hailuo, and similar models) - Text and multimodal generation - Any attempt to generate, request, or circumvent filters for such content Content that sexualizes minors, depicts non-consensual acts, or violates applicable laws is absolutely prohibited.
3. Other Prohibited Content
The following is also prohibited: - Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm - Content that infringes intellectual property rights - Fraudulent, deceptive, or spam content - Content used to harass, defame, or harm individuals - Malicious code or content designed to disrupt systems
4. Enforcement
We actively monitor usage. Any accounts found violating this policy, attempting to bypass our safety filters, or generating prohibited content will be immediately suspended, and their API access will be terminated without refund. Our enforcement measures include: - Automated content filtering and moderation - Usage pattern monitoring and anomaly detection - Manual review upon reports from users or third parties - Immediate account suspension upon confirmed violation - API key revocation and permanent ban for repeat or severe violations
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to us at wuqiong@token8341.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
6. Legal Cooperation
We reserve the right to report illegal activities to the relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations. We may preserve and disclose content and usage records as required by law.
