This policy explains how Beijing Silicon-Carbon Phase Transition Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (brand: SiCore TokenWorks, website: token8341.com) handles your information when you use our API aggregation service.
1. Information We Collect
(a) Account information: username, email address, registration time, last login time, referral code. If you complete identity verification, it additionally includes your phone number and identity document information. (b) API call records (metadata): request time, model used, input and output token counts, billed amount, request duration, whether streaming was used, channel used, request ID, and source IP. (c) Information you provide voluntarily: content you share with us via email or support requests.
2. What We Do Not Store
We do not retain the body of your prompts or model responses in our own storage. Our billing and statistics systems record only the metadata listed above (model, token counts, latency, etc.) — not the text of your prompts or completions. Please note: to perform inference, your request content is forwarded to the corresponding upstream model provider (see Section 4). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Information
(a) Billing and invoice reconciliation; (b) service operation and troubleshooting (diagnosing failed requests, channel issues); (c) security and abuse prevention (detecting key theft, misuse and automated bulk registration); (d) responding to you when you contact us. We do not use your data to train models, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Information Sharing
(a) Upstream model providers: to complete your inference request, request content is forwarded to the provider of the model you selected (e.g. DeepSeek, Moonshot, Zhipu, Alibaba, MiniMax). (b) Essential infrastructure providers: for email delivery and payment processing. (c) Legal requirements: where required by applicable laws or by a lawful request from regulators or judicial authorities.
5. Retention
Account information is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize account information within 30 days. API call records (metadata) are retained as needed for billing and audit purposes, by default no longer than 12 months.
6. Your Rights
You may contact us at the email below at any time to access, correct or delete your account information, or to export your API call records. We will respond within 15 business days.
7. Minors
This service is intended for developers and business users, not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
8. Policy Updates
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and post a notice on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
