Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and Beijing Silicon-Carbon Phase Transition Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (brand: SiCore TokenWorks, website: token8341.com) regarding your use of our API aggregation service. By registering or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. The Service
We provide AI model API aggregation: through a unified OpenAI-compatible endpoint, you can call models from multiple providers with a single API key. The inference capabilities are provided by upstream providers; we handle access, routing, billing and technical support.
2. Accounts and Responsibility
(a) You must register with a valid email address and keep your API keys and account credentials secure; (b) All calls and charges made through your account and API keys are your responsibility; (c) If a key is compromised, reset it in the console immediately and contact us; (d) You may not resell, rent or lend your account to third parties for unlawful purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to: (a) violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China; (b) generate or distribute unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others; (c) attack, probe or interfere with our systems or those of upstream providers; (d) register accounts automatically in bulk, farm signup credits, or bypass billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies in serious cases.
4. Billing and Refunds
(a) Charges are based on actual token usage; prices are as published on our pricing page and may be adjusted with prior notice on the website; (b) Signup trial credits are non-withdrawable and non-transferable; (c) Top-up balances are applied against usage charges. Large erroneous charges caused by our service failure will be refunded after verification; (d) Top-ups are in principle non-refundable once credited, except where required by law.
5. Service Availability
We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Upstream maintenance, network outages and force majeure may cause temporary unavailability; we will minimize the impact and may automatically retry through alternative channels. We make no availability commitment for free trial credits.
6. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property in our endpoints, documentation and website content belongs to us or the respective rights holders. Rights in your inputs and model outputs are governed by your arrangement with the upstream provider; we do not claim rights over them.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the event.
8. Changes and Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. If we discontinue a service, we will announce it in advance on the website and offer a refund or migration path for your unused top-up balance.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at our place of business.
